Are you ready to start your meditation journey? Or "kick start" your current one? Anjali is here to support you. Whether you are brand new to meditation or want to strengthen your current meditation practice, Anjali will set you up with everything you need. During the session she will share things such as: how to set up your meditation space, when and where to meditate, break down the "why" behind meditation and share other tips with you about how meditation impacts the nervous system, mind and brain. Anjali will then share a meditation technique custom designed for you. She teaches Kriya, Breath and Mantra Based meditations. She has found this type of meditation style to be powerful in calming the mind and guiding you into a place of silence. She will record the practice for you to follow along with when you meditate at home. A follow up session is also included in this package to see how the meditation is going and to discuss any challenges and how to "break through" them. The first session is 50-60 minutes and the follow up is 20-30 min. If you need extra support you can talk with Anjali during the session about meditating "Live" with you via zoom or follow up sessions.
If you need to cancel, please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel and reschedule appointment. Otherwise you will be charged for the appointment.
