Expand with Jupiter 

Jupiter stays in a sign for one year and on May 1st it makes its move from Aries to Taurus. Jupiter brings expansion, growth, and support to the area of your Natal Chart that it transits. In this workshop Anjali will share more on the planet of Jupiter and you will find out what area of your life is going to expand and grow in the coming year. In addition, Anjali will lead a breath and mantra practice to enliven the Jupiter energy inside of you - this practice will be recorded so that you can do it on your own prior to Jupiter’s shift on May 1st. 

You will receive a printout of your Natal Chart so please be sure to include your time, date & place of birth when you sign up,

Dr Anjali Connors is a licensed psychologist who has been in the field for over 30 years. She specializes in trauma, nervous system health, and how to release conditioned patterns. She is also a yoga teacher who has owned 2 yoga studios and led multiple yoga teacher trainings, workshops, and retreats over the years. She has traveled to India 8 times to study the Himalayan teachings and specializes in breathwork, meditation, vinyasa, and kriya yoga. Anjali deepend her studies in 2020 when she took a training in Vedic Astrology. Since that time she has read hundreds of charts and has found this to be an invaluable tool for her clients. Her main passion is supporting others in showing up for themselves fully so they can more deeply show up for others. In her private sessions, she combines the tools of psychology, breathwork, Vedic astrology, and somatic practices to help clients release patterns that aren’t serving them and create new patterns that nourish and empower them.  She has been meditating for 29 years, practicing yoga for 16 years, and believes that “filling your cup” with rituals of wellness daily is KEY for a life of joy. Different things work for different people - so, this day you will discover what wellness rituals you need in your life to stay present, energized, and at peace.​​
