Why train with Anjali?  Experience-Passion-Dedication

Anjali loves Pranayama and loves sharing it with others. She has found it to be one of the most life transforming yogic tools; and that is why she is doing this training.

Anjali started her career in her 20's as a licensed psychologist doing traditional talk therapy. In 2009 she became a yoga teacher and slowly started incorporating yogic techniques into her work. When she went to India for the first time in 2014 she dove deep into kriya, mantra, meditation and breath! After that trip she knew that this was the type of yoga she was meant to share. For the last 8 years she has immersed herself in study, practice and teaching of these techniques. She has led 13 teacher trainings and breath is always a "fan favorite".

Anjali has been told that she shares these ancient techniques in a  relevant and easily digestible way. If your heart is saying "yes", join us for this journey into breath!
