About the event
Each week we you will learn about the CHAKRA OF THE WEEK
You will learn about the Chakra & how to activate the energy of that Chakra in your life!
Anjali will lead you through a breath & mantra meditation in class that you will do during the week to align to the Chakra of the week
You will learn how to set up your practice space, learn about the subtle body and have an opportunity to share your experience with other like minded souls.
