I teach SATTVA YOGA:

 

Sattva is a sanskrit word that means "whole, complete, truth and balance".

Sattva Yoga, which was developed by Himalayan Master Teacher Anand Mehrotra, is a way of being, a pathway of evolution, and a discovery of one's own infinite nature. 

The Sattva practices are rooted in the Vedantic and Tantric traditions of the Himalayan masters.

Sattva yoga is holistic, integrative and deeply transformational approach to healing on the level the mind, body and spirit.  It is a pathway for transformation, with the potential to arrive at a place of radical trust in yourself and this life; a way to awaken to the unconditional love that resides within.

 

The practices include: meditation; breathwork,; Kundalini Kriyas, devotional Laya, Chi and Sufi practices,; healing mantras; freedom movement and physical yoga poses to ground the energy into the body. 

The practices are so powerful because they impact not only the physical body, but also calm the nervous system and impact the neuro-chemical environment of the brain

Meditation: Anjali will guide you into a space of inner silence using breath, mantra and kriya*. 

Breathwork: Learn various breath practices that will shift the mind, body and energy. 

KRIYA: Repetitive breath, mantra &/or movement designed to create a specific shift in the energetic body. 

Kriya & Flow:  Make peace with your mind, open your heart, release stuck energy and access your inner radiance with Sattva Yoga.The practice is  unique in that it incorporates many yogic tools including kriya, mantra, wisdom, laya and chi practices, freedom movement, breath and vinyasa; thereby impacting all levels of the body (physical, energetic, mental, emotional & spiritual).

WHAT IS KRIYA?

Kriya is a repetitie breath, mantra, and/or movemnt that you do over and over again to create a certain energetic shift. 

Kriya's impact the physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual bodies. They reset the nervous system and rewire the brain. 

There are Kriya's for everything: to connect to a place of empowerment, to open the heart, to increase peace, to ground your energy, to awaken intuition, and much more.
