Meditating in Nature

A Day of Devotion: Relax & Rejuvinate Retreat

Unplugging from your life and creating space for silence is so important! When you take time to connect with yourself in nature, the sublte whispers of your heart begin to rise. The intention of this day will be to drop into an expereince of self-care, self-reflection, and ease.

Your retreat leaders will guide you into a place of ease through meditation, yoga, hiking and crystal bowl sound healing. We will spend the first part of the day in silence so you have time to be with the practices - we will then spend time connecting later in the day.

The retreat day (Saturday) will be held at a beautiful property in El Dorado (30 minutes away from Folsom). The property has an outdoor kitchen where we will prepare healthy meals for you, a salt water pool and hot tub, trampoline, beautiful gardens to meditate, indoor and outdoor yoga spaces, restrooms, indoor seated areas, and places to hike/walk.

We will meet in Folsom on Friday to connect and talk about what to expect on Saturday. We will have a closing dicussion at the end of the retreat to share  your experience and also talk about how to take self devotion rituals into your daily life.
