These breath practices are a great way to start your day ~ or to do mid-day as a reset. It feels so good to do powerful breath (pranayama) practice - it is one of my favorite ways to let go!!
My daily sadhana (sadhana means daily spiritual practice ~ that is typically done in the morning) has been one of the greatest gifts in my life. It has brought me inner stability, awareness, compassion, love, insight, energy ... and so much more than words can express. It is from LOVE that I want to share these practices with you.
