A Day For You!

Unplug for a day and fill your cup with rituals of self care and wellness! This will be a "no pressure” day where you get to relax, enjoy and let yourself be pampered. Leave feeling rejuvenated, connected and inspired to continue the journey of self care and wellness.​​​

  • A Vegan Lunch & and snacks catered by Zest

What to Bring: 

Clothes for yoga & and relaxation, a bathing suit for a cold plunge, a notebook/pen, a water bottle, a yoga mat & meditation cushion (if you don’t have one, there will be one provided)

About the Retreat Leader:

Dr Anjali Connors is a licensed psychologist who has been in the field for over 30 years. She specializes in trauma, nervous system health and how to release conditioned patterns. She is also a yoga teacher who has owned 2 yoga studios and led multiple yoga teacher trainings, workshops, and retreats over the years. She has traveled to India 8 times to study the Himalayan teachings and specializes in breathwork, meditation, vinyasa, and kriya yoga. Her main passion is supporting others in showing up for themselves fully so they can more deeply show up for others. In her private sessions, she combines the tools of psychology, breathwork, Vedic astrology, and somatic practices to help clients release patterns that aren’t serving them and create new patterns that nourish and empower them.  She has been meditating for 29 years, practicing yoga for 16 years, and believes that “filling your cup” with rituals of wellness daily is KEY for a life of joy. Different things work for different people - so, this day you will discover what wellness rituals you need in your life to stay present, energized, and at peace.
