☆Kriya-based Meditation practice 24 minutes/day!
Kriya is a repetitive breath and mantra practice targeted at calming the nervous system and rewiring the brain. The Kriya practice you will be doing is specifically aimed at reducing anxiety. You will be doing breath and mantras to guide you into silence. It will be recorded and you can do it any time of day!!!
☆Daily check ins with your accountability partner/group!
☆I will be available during the 21 days for any questions you have!
*The only requirement from you is to fill out a Beck Anxiety Inventory prior to and after the program so I can see how well this Kriya Set works
